I worked with the life science team on an innovation scouting project. The scope was a bit challenging because the technology was so new and there was not too much information out there, but the project execution team impressed me with their strong due diligence on the selected few recommendations. The numbers were less as expected, but the quality of the solutions was on point.

The project was very long and required constant dialogues between our teams. The team at effectual found a creative way for us to interact through their online portal. Our team of doctors and researchers was able to upload their comments directly on the portal and the analyst was able to implement the feedback directly without holding a one-on-one session with each member.
