Gerhard holds a degree in both business administration and physics, and has held prominent positions with several top multinational corporations, including NOKIA in Finland, AEG in Germany, Thales in France, SAMTEL, and TOOLTECH in India. He has extensive expertise managing business development initiatives to acquire clients for our IP Design Centre in India from the automotive, general/industrial engineering, and law firms. Maintaining a tight relationship with our clients both during and after project completion is a crucial component within which – Voice of the Customer (VoC) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) are his forte.
Regarding law and patent research services, he has a wealth of knowledge in the IP and business research fields. Any type of patent search, including those for novelty, patentability, prior art, freedom to operate (FTO), landscape analysis, and support for patent infringements, are some among his strong suite.
