DR. AMIT GOEL
Amit has over fourteen years of experience in research and development and has been handling patent research services for technology companies and IP law firms. He works with leading Indian and global clients and has managed various project involving patent preparation and prosecution, patent licensing, patent litigation, and patent portfolio management and analysis.
He is a doctorate with specialization in mobile communication and has authored more than thirty research publications in International/National Journals/Conferences. In addition, Amit has been trained in patent laws (US, EP and India) from organizations like Microsoft, WIPO, IP Central, Lee & Hayes and US and EP Attorneys.
Nishant is a leading expert in the intellectual property space and has been a strategy advisor to clients around the globe. He has extensive experience in the IP and business research domain and has worked with leading multi-national and regional corporations on patent and R&D strategy, innovation foundation, business planning, operations, patent infringement, prior art searches, patent litigation and enforcement support services.
Nishant holds a bachelors degree in computer science engineering from Delhi University. He has worked in offices of leading law firms in the US and UK and has also undergone extensive training in patent law from US and European patent attorneys. He was also working in a strategy consulting role in the UK for two years managing large accounts across European region.
Manoj has been delivering Intellectual Property related services in the outsourcing industry for more than twelve years. He has worked with a number of AmLaw 100 Law firms, Fortune 100 companies, Patent Brokers, and IP Monetization companies. His core expertise lies in delivering searching and analytics services such as invalidity search, patent landscapes, infringement searches, claim charts, etc. He also has experience in working on Trademark searching and patent proofreading projects. He is well versed with US, EP and Indian Laws, and has undergone a number of trainings from US and EP patent attorneys. His technical areas of expertise include petrochemicals, chemicals and materials, polymers, lightweight alloys used in automobiles and aerospace Industry.
Rakesh has over 12 years of cross-functional experience in IP strategy, marketing and sales strategy, performance improvement, and business development in patent and legal services. He also works closely with IP Directors, General Counsels or Patent Counsels, Patent Attorneys, Patent Agents and R&D Heads. Prior to Effectual, he was responsible for growing the business and has worked with several Fortune 500 companies in operations and business excellence.He has done his undergraduate studies from Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University.
Ankit leads the client engagement teams for Europe and Asia geographies at Effectual Services. In his current role he works closely with the R&D groups and the IP departments of some of the most innovative companies in the world, helping them identify solutions to their technology related problems and formulating their IP strategy while also supporting them with monetization of their intellectual assets. Over the past six years he has worked with numerous corporates and law firms helping them at every stage of their patents’ life cycle.
Denise Caldwell is a patent professional with decades of experience in the IP field, first as a staff member and later as a trainer, supervisor and director. In the past 17 years, she has served as firm wide Patent Prosecution Services Manager with Morrison & Foerster and subsequently as Director of Patent Prosecution with Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton. In these positions, she was responsible for multiple geographic locations and practice types within the firm. She specializes in process and workflow improvements, change management and risk mitigation. Denise has experience in utilizing outside vendors for specific facets of the firm’s business, which helped them achieve increased revenue and efficiency. She is a well-versed collaborator who creatively drives consensus for a diverse group of attorneys and staff.
