Prior to founding the firm, Benjie was an associate attorney at Thomas Kayden, an IP boutique in Atlanta,Georgia Benjie’s industry experience includes work as an Analog Applications Engineer specializing in power management devices with Texas Instruments, Inc. in Dallas, Texas. Prior to working with Texas Instruments, Inc., Benjie worked with Nokia Mobile Phones in Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Mirho also has over ten years experience as an electrical and software engineer. Mr. Mirho received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1998, Summa Cum Laud, from Santa Clara University School of Law. Mr. Mirho also has an M.S.E.E. degree (1990) from Rutgers University College of Engineering, with a Computer Engineering Specialty, and a B.S.E.E. (1986), from Rutgers University College of Engineering. He is a member of the Oregon, Washington, and California State Bars. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Mirho was a patent attorney and patent agent for Intel Corporation.
